Retirement Party – Greensboro, NC

I had the pleasure of catering a retirement party in Greensboro, NC. The hosts selected a variety of hors d’oeuvres to include Thai chicken spring roll, Mini beef Wellington, BBQ shrimp & grit bites, Crostini with sun dried tomato spread & bruschetta, Mediterranean flat bread, Caprese & antipasto brochettes, Crudite cups with green goddess dressing, Tiramisu mousse shooters, Mini berry tart, and Dark chocolate & salted caramel cheesecake bites.
