Entrees:
Beef Wellington- Served with mushroom duxelles and bearnaise sauce
Beef Brisket- Texas style smoked brisket with caramelized onions and BBQ sauce
Leg of Lamb- Garlic, herb marinated slow roasted lamb served with chimichurri sauce
Beef Tenderloin- Roasted tenderloin sliced thin, served with bistro rolls, caramelized onions and horseradish sauce
Glazed Spiral Ham- Spiced, orange, apricot bourbon glazed baked ham
Stuffed Pork Loin- Apple, sausage, pecan stuffed pork roulade with garlic herb cream sauce
Pork Tenderloin- Marinated, roasted pork medallions with cranberry, orange ginger chutney and fried sweet potato “hay”
Shrimp Cocktail- Old bay, beer poached jumbo shrimp served with lemon and cocktail sauce
Shrimp Scampi- Garlic herb shrimp with penne and chardonnay, lemon, basil butter sauce
Bourbon Salmon- Grilled sockeye salmon with maple, ginger, bourbon glaze
