We had the pleasure of serving a beautiful family in Greensboro, NC as they celebrated the birthday of their husband, father and grandfather. The guests enjoyed a time of sharing with wine and a charcuterie display. Once seated, they were served mixed greens with dried cranberry, shaved parmesan, toasted walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette. Guests had their choice of two entrees – Espresso chili rubbed tenderloin medallions served over mushroom ragout and garnished with chimichurri, or lemon herb grilled salmon with honey orange ginger glaze and sweet potato hay. Chocolate lava cake with fresh berries and vanilla bean ice cream finished off the evening.
