We enjoyed serving a fun group of ladies for a beautiful bride on her wedding weekend in Greensboro, NC. Gluten free and vegetarian options were made available so all guests could enjoy the fabulous food.
Individual salad cups with berries, almonds, feta cheese and poppy seed dressing. Spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms with crispy parmesan. Yukon gold potato bites with cheddar, bacon, and chives (some without bacon). Mini crab cakes with aioli. Steak crostini with balsamic caramelized onions and horseradish aioli. Guacamole hummus with pita chips & flatbread (gluten free option).
