The perfect wedding gift – an intimate dinner with friends. It was a beautiful evening and the dinner guests enjoyed a delicious meal.
The evening started with Gaufrette potato topped with smoked salmon, lemon dill aioli, pickled red onion, and crispy parmesan and dried fig crostini with gorgonzola, caramelized onions, balsamic glaze, toasted walnuts and fresh lemon thyme for appetizers.
After the guests were seated they enjoyed mixed greens with orange segments, toasted almonds, goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette. The main event was pan seared filet mignon with garlic herb butter and red wine glazed mushrooms, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts.
A delicious slice of wedding cake from Maxie B’s in Greensboro finished the night.
