We had another wonderful evening and a lot of fun serving this tasting style menu for a very gracious couple and their friends in Carrboro NC. They had a great screened in porch area that was perfect for the occasion.

The host was gluten free and another was vegetarian who I created special menus for. The tasting included four appetizers, three entrees and two desserts. It was so great to be able to showcase a high quality dining experience where all guests, regardless of dietary needs, were included.  They were all very complimentary and couldn’t stop raving about the food and our service!
