Chef J cooked for our event this weekend and I highly recommend him. From the beginning he listened well, communicated clearly and was easy and pleasant to work with. He was open to suggestions and adjustments and ready with recommendations as well. He was punctual, worked with great efficiency and made the day fun. The food was attractive, delicious and very much appreciated by our guests. I would hire Chef J again without hesitation.
