Grilled Marinated RIBEYE

This recipe pairs perfectly with Alexander Valley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, Somoma CA.

  • 4 – choice rib-eye steaks 8-10 oz each
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 8 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary


Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Marinate steaks in shallow baking dish for 6-8 hours or overnight. Grill 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare to medium. Serve with your favorite vegetable and potato.
